Although we have upwards of 100 meters of beachfront, we have deliberately kept most of it open with wide expanses of lawn and garden for everyone's enjoyment.  As a result, many of our bungalows which are not on the beach have clear views of the water.

We do have 6 much sought after beachfront rooms, 51 with air-conditioning, 14 with air-conditioning and hot water, and 22 with fans.  Naturally, these vary in price depending upon the season.

We offer all the customary amenities including:
* A beachfront restaurant which features Thai and international food
* Jeep and motorbike rentals
* Laundry services
* Airport and ferry pier transfers
* Ticketing services
* Overseas fax, phone and e-mail services
* Safety deposit boxes.

Lamai Inn 99 operates at a 95% occupancy rate during high and peak seasons and many of our guests are repeat customers who stay an average of two weeks.  We do take reservations through sawadee.com but on rare occasions demand simply out-weighs supply given the number of walk-in requests, over-stays, or late arrivals.  In those rare instances, we will accommodate you upon arrival and can usually give you specifically what you want within a couple of days.
